Researchers Develop Artificial Photosynthesis System

Researchers at Panasonic have developed a device called the Artificial Photosynthesis System that can reduce CO2 levels as efficiently as some plants. The system uses sunlight to produce oxygen and organic substances from water and carbon dioxide just like plants. Panasonic says an improved version of the device could absorb CO2 in factories and produce ethanol.
