Explosions, Explosions and More Explosions: A Video Montage of Awesome Chemical Reactions

Here is a montage of all the chemical reactions ever recorded by youtube channel periodicvideos.
Ample amounts of liquid nitrogen, heat and of course various chemicals are used. Some of these chemical reactions are caused when a catalyst is introduced to initiate change between the factors. [WARNING: Do not try to recreate these experiments at home. Seriously.]
A catalyst is a substance that causes or accelerates a chemical reaction without itself being affected. For example, sodium hydroxide will vigorously break down an aluminum Coke can leaving behind a black solution of sodium aluminate and the plastic coating from the can. In this case, sodium hydroxide is the catalyst.
